Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume seasons or special releases, processing may take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and priority shipping options via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Local Pickup (Kansas City Area Only)
We offer free local pickup in Kansas City, MO. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will contact you via email or text when your order is ready.
Pickup hours:
Tuesday, 11 AM – 6 PM Thursday 11 AM-6 PM Friday 11 AM - 7 PM Saturday 10AM- 5 PM
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your bag’s journey home!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Duffle Bag Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if you experience a delivery issue.
